Not just massage, full men's care taking including shaving, nails, hair washing, etc. I recommend taking the whole 90 min wellness package for a "pampered by young girl exp" with no hanky panky, which seems to be what you are looking for and that I enjoy every time I stop over Bangkok for some men's grooming and pampering. The massages there are normally pretty average and short though, especially when paired with the grooming packages.

if KAWAII is not acceptable to you, you can forget about it in Thailand. You can probably purposely go to a legit massage outlet and tell them you only want SYT to massage you and keep trying your luck. not sure why anyone would do that if legit massage if what you after.
