You want Malay girls just go to Geylang, the corner along Talma road are infested with them. For the Indians, you can go to Desker road. However if you do insist on a HC you can try Tanglin HC but call in advanced and book an appointment. Specify that you want a Malay or Indian massuese when you do.

Advice is a noun. The way you use it in your thread title should be a verb, so should read "please advise".
