BRAND NEW Massage Joint - SYTs spotted!!
 

I am not a fan of massage joints seriously. But this brand new massage joint caught my attention!

Why???

SYTs!!!

I am a huge fan of SYTs, those frequent FL2 in SBF should trust my eyes in spotting SYTs!

Passed this joint today after my usual hunting session, (hehe soon might have 1 more SYT to recommend in FL2), spotted this joint doing some final touches.

Spotted 1 SYT, approach her, and found out she is the lady boss! She told me this joint will be opening on 7th Feb 2010, 6pm!! I also saw 2 more SYTs, perhaps in their early 20's. She promised to bring in more SYTs after CNY, but during opening only have 3-4 WLs although there are 5 rooms there. She planned to have at least 6-7 SYTs in the shop in near future.

I hope to be there at the opening ceremony, and perhaps choose one of the SYTs for 1st blood!

Oh Yeah i did ask the rates:

Entrance Fee (Massage Fee they call it) : SGD $30.00
HJ : SGD $80.00 (inclusive of the entrance fee/massage fee)
BJ/BBBJ : SGD $100.00 (inclusive of the entrance fee/massage fee)
BJ/BBBJ/FJ : SGD $130.00 (inclusive of the entrance fee/massage)

Opening few days should can ask for discount (i checked with the lady boss liao :D)

In the meantime, whoever wants to go for commando action tml, can PM me for the address and go down on 7th Feb 2010 6pm!

BTW, what is your age definition of SYTs?
Some bros call 28 yo SYT.
What a joke.
Think very strict definition is 18 to 21.
But to me, below 25 yo is SYT already.
So hope they young.
