Alighted at the Sembawang MRT yesterday afternoon and walked about 8 mins up the hill (beside the golf driving range). The carpark was empty. Walked into the lobby and there were 2 gers there and a man (maybe the boss). Paid S$50 and asked for Audrey (tried her before at the CASALA Health Centre in Sembawang Shopping Centre which is now closed).

Looks: 6/10 (mid 30s)
Boobs: 8/10 (32c)

The S$50 is for the massage + usage of the steam room, spa + food & drinks. I am not a HC guy, but I think this should be reasonable right ?

As for the lotion rub, I just mentioned it so that if other bros are looking for a real massage, then she will not be the right one. However, I like her soft massage cause some gals really like trying to break my bones.

As for looks, i can't comment cause diff guys have different expectations.

S$120 is really on the high side but I was in the north and horny and this is the nearest decent and presentable HC around at that time. Will have to save up for a while for the next bonk. *sigh*

$50 for massage + facilities + food is a bit steep for such Ulu place. Yet, I frequent it once a week. Reasons:
a) Ulu means less people see you.
b) You get a decent massage before you decide if you want to have fun. That is, if you know the right gal.
c) Not too crowded - I'm a very private person.

However, for this HC, the food is nothing to scream about... good enough to satisfy.

As for Audrey, don't think she's mid-30s, though she said so, more like late-30s. Her massage should be above average for HC standard. And yes, she'll talk dirty and really engaged during the session. That adds to the fun.

$120 is a bit steep, but as I've mention in the thread above, that's the asking price you can negotiate.

What I'm willing to pay:
$50 - HJ + only panty + autoroam
$80 - JG/HJ + nothing on + BM (my usual)
$100 - Total package (not my style)
$120 - Total package + "extra special" special (never try) :D

Agree....Audrey has an auntie look because of her age, either late 30s or early 40s. Also agree that $120 is on the steep side...even for the younger ones like Xiao Ling (thai) or Xiao Wei (chinese).

Checked this place out a few days ago, got Audry.

Definately got Auntie feeling. Very talkative and not very attractive.

I have just visited this HC today.

This HC has operated ard 5 mths and the actual cost was $42. The facility is much better than PB (interms of Steam Rm, Hot pool and the fds). I have tried on another lady named "ANNA" who can perform a gd massage (she has claimed 8 yrs in this line. For those bro like to hv a gd massage.)
