FYI, Pekan Baru is an industrial estate. If u are looking for niteclubs, you'll have to take a taxi to the town area which is 1.5hrs journey. Dun go at nite, crime rates there are high. ;)

PK whr got expensive
chop and stamp cheaper than batam/JKT/medan
was there abt 10 yr ago for detachment
nitelcub no need go outside lar
is in the heart of the city
but so many years liao forget all the good memories places

Just came back from Pekan Baru. Went to MP club opposite Hotel Zuri. Chivas at 1.1 million rupiah. Local girls - 250,000 rup. China girls - 600,000 rup. Got sexy dancers - 600,000 rup per girl, do a full strip dance in your room.

Heard some of the singaporeans have set up their entertainment joints with the indon locals, hence jacking up the prices vastly.

Last time round, it only cost $30K rupiah for a 30 mins of work-up. :D

You can either fly Singapore - Pekanbaru by Garuda.

What I did was to fly SQ to Jakarta and then fly Air Asia to Pekan Bahru. All this was convoluted travel was because I wanted to avoid travelling on any Indonesian Airlines.

my colleague just went there every week for last one month....he also confirms got happening ler.....
