Anyone Ever Bao (Hired) A PRC Mistress?

Recently, I was joking with a PRC WL and asked her how much it would cost to hire her on a monthly basis. I had seen many ah laus with their part-time mistresses in Geylang. She replied that the minimum is S$1,000 per month.
Anyone has any info on: 1) the average cost to hire a PRC mid-30s mistress 2) should she be allowed to do FL while under your hire?

Thanks for feedback.
