seems like u r venturing into a business which u do not have any know-how. it's like a hawker wanting to set up a char kway teow stall n askin people where to buy the kway teow, hum n tow kay. usually ppl who set up such biz are ex massuese n ppl who are in similar industries who have the 'connections'. honestly for a newbie starting fr scratch, i think it's gonna be very very difficult unless u r willing to go into a partnership with someone already in this industry.

To hire girls is not easy,you need ppl who has contact with them. Those working girls wont anyhow go to shop that they have zero infor. Read you PM box.

if the HC that you are taking over is those big scale kind and not those shops one, i would suggest you come out with one to challenge hotspa and gspa.. clean one that is.. there definitely is a market for it.. make it available for couples to go.. try going down to shenzhen's queen spa for a feel of it.. :D but of cos, that place is too big and luxurious.. just get a hook of its concept..

if it is those small shops kind, then maybe you can drop by bukit bintang in KL and check out those opposite federal hotel.. they are clean joints with massage and fish spa facilities..

if its is a small shop/hc, low rental, can try experiment around, check out on new paper classified, and shin min, but will have alot of china prc responding after u advertise.
multi racial too, if advertise in new paper.
but dont expect syt local hor.
u can ask those massage lady who set up shop before, to help u.
