WLs have preferences on who they will provide their service to.

CAT50 - the "ang pais" - they will not service the following: Ang Moh, Indian and Bangala Bros. Although there is an exception for Ang Mohs, there is a handful that will service them: H07R01(2F) - Ann, H10R01A - Rina and H14R06 - Violet, all confirm.
