I can't even remember when was the last time my mom powdered me down there. Also, isn't only babies get powdered there to prevent rashes due to pee in the pampers? Oh ok, I do powder there in the army but mainly during field exercise "powder bath".

You should pull back your foreskin and wash your didi everytime when u shower.
You can use an antibacterial wash if you wish. If the problem still persists after regular washing( minimum once a day) you should consult a doctor.
