One natural practical way is to stop jacking off to porn and stop using up your sperm at KTVs and Geylang. Common sense.

Actually not true, your sperm is at it's strongest on the the 3rd day... So it's good to ejaculate every 3 days. And no alcohol cos it kills all ur sperm. If u think the longer the better than u t wrong cos after the 3rd day, the sperm lose form and can't really perform as good as te third day. Anyway, since ur wife going for IVF, I am sure the doc there told u that right. How much did u pay for IVF????

1. enough rest/sleep, less stress
2. eat raw oysters
3. crack a raw egg into a cup of hot milo for breakfast
4. make sure u're well stimulated before ejaculation during semen collection

if u r serious abt improving ur sperm quality to make baby, i think it's best for u to consult doc and get doc to prescribe some medicine / supplement for u, instead of buy off shelf product which u dunno of any side effect...

if ur sperm is healthy, then i think it's not really necessary for u to take any medicine to "boost" its quality...

btw, how much is the cost of IVF?

Very important
Prescribed to pregnant to minimize birth defect
