This has been brought up again and again.... And the answer is it really all depends.

I have heard bros denied frenching by gals who supposedly french customer of all kinds.

On the other hand, I have heard bros got frenching from gals who have sworn never to kiss customers.

For the moment, those ang pais mentioned here mostly french liberally.

Currently SOPs for all FLs and WLs didn't include frenching... Perhaps over times be a norm just like before china gers hits the legal houses those FLs no ass rim no bbbj little bit of catbath.... So u pls be patience one day when they are ready u get Frenching as part of standard package no need wad chemistry la so now u LAN LAN go kc them to get Lor if u die die need frenching more frequent RTFs will helps...

Friendly - Must put on a friendly front inorder to built chemistry
RTF - RTF her will have more chance to built some KC & have better chance to french.
Engagement - Engage in nice & interesting conversation, sweet talk, exhibit TLC, be a real gentlemen, buy gift if you have deep pockets, etc.
Neat - Present yourself in nice & neat attire as 1st impression is of paramount importance. Comb your hair neatly, apply parfume and clean shaven but not on your down south area as PRC WLs prefer some hair over there. :D
Chemistry - If you click with her, chances of frenching is pretty high.
Hygienic - Must have good oral & personal hygiene to enhance your chance of getting a french kiss, bad breath or awful looking teeth is a confirm No No!

Sometime even if one can achieve the above-mentioned - F.R.E.N.C.H., he may not be able to french her. However, over time, she will give in eventually. :D

Haha best way if TS is a french addict, fj the wl until she cums multiple times and wait for her big O, then hold for a few sec, do not give her a big O and when she begs to get bonked harder then you french her. This has never failed me haha. Should work for all bros too.
