hi can anyone recommend me any cheap and clean hotel for bonking
preferably 100 and below

Most of the transit hotels in JC/GL and Balestier are below the budget you have stated.

bro never say whether he want for short term (a couple of hours) or long term /overnight.

anyway, so many bros here so helpful and i just want to add my 2 cents. looks like Hotel 81 princess in GL is the nicest of the H81 chain (went to their website to see). although not the absolute cheapest (definitely not $10). but i tink H81 is a safe, value for money choice as its still done up quite nicely and price remains pretty cheap. some those that is too cheap i oso scared to go in :o
