Recently, I just visited my favorite playground for a little bit of loosen up. And because I am a regular there, I basically tried All the ladies already. Thats what prompted me to ask the counter if there is any new gals to intro. Of coz when she replied yes, I was overwhelmed. Those syts faces pops into my mind.

nice place you mentioned. Please note that for them to step on your back and "jerking" once in a while to "crack" your backbones is not really good for our bones... In the long run, I heard it makes your bone very fragile. THough I agree it is damn shiok but sometimes, people's advise may be worth to bear in mind.

That cracking sound is the release of fluid btwn the joints. Scientifically it is known as Cavitation where small cavities of partial vacuum form on the fluid and then rapidly collapse producing a sharp sound.

Whenever I visit my chiro I always look forward to a good crack especially on the neck.
