I saw a NSF going there before.. So should be can.. But I think they have this timing that you do not need to register. (correct me if I'am wrong)

checking STD is OK even if the result if +ve.

but checking HIV is NOT OK, if the result is +ve. Unless u go to the Annoymous evening clinic.
