Hi Bros
Need your advice-
My age now is 43, wt 79kg and ht 1.68.
For the pass 1 to 2 years I find myself weaking on bed, see sexy gal also no respond.
My PTE part stay hard for a very short time like 15mins and If I don't carry out intercouse fast, he will drop and soften.

I had try testosterone injection for the pass 1.5 year, it work in the beagin but in the later stage it don't really work well.
The injection is very costly and I need it every 2-3months to improvde my sex life.
Bros, is there any other way to increase testosterone level?? or improvde my PTE parts??

Doing exercises
Practice self abstinence also may help

As age grows it bound to lower
Its not quite possible to stay constant power

Just know this fact and avoid letting the problem influence your self esteem which in turn worsen your performance as its a vicious cycle

I am 50+, horny as hell and have staying power.
When I was 40, also slow down, but not as bad as you. Over the last few years, my sexual performance actually improved.

The solution is quite simple, but you need determination to carry it out.
Lose weight, exercise more, cut smoking, drink less. Its a trade off.

For me its worth it, sex is v v important to me.

it is the age and the weight. but no worries, do weight training regularly, inject steroid n eat a healthy high protein diet. I am sure u will get back to ur usual self. a lot of men have active sex life till their 70s.

and also, lead a stress-free life. find the cause of stress in ur life n eradicate it. if u need medication like xanax or benzo based drug for relaxation purposes, take it. otherwise, everything should be fine

perhaps swimming and qigong could help you? try to reduce your weight and check whether you have any chronic like diabetes.

or you may like to consult doctor for alternatives, like viagra, etc.

I did consult a doctor and I am take vigra to help. But viagra side effect I don't like...

I was told by my doctor, it is a bit on the low side but how low i don't know.
I supose to go for blood test but I did not for pass 6 month.

I had lose some weight from 90kg to now about 81kg and I still trying to lose more.
Yes, Sex is VV important to me too.

best is still doing a lot of exercise... when yr body is healthy and plentiful of rest ... watch more vidz but dun pcc... u will be as horny as ever...

Consult a doctor for oral hormone replacement therapy.

My dad (72yo) still can have erection and sex. He has been on the oral drugs for past 3years and he look like in his 50s only.
