I would like to warn guys here.

There was a thread looking for SD by the name of Rebecca, I got con by them. They are well organised, a team of ppls!!

After I PM 'her', 'she' reply back the next day using a HP. She called me, sound was sweet and caring too.

The next few days were sms ing, checking each other. Than come to $$!!!
Transfer to her by i-banking, 'she' even gave me a POSB account to transfer.

Hahaha..I am such a stuipful to belieeve and went into their trap...

If you report police and supply that account number, can be traced easily...

But not exactly sure if you have a case for anything...after all, you willingly gave her the $. That said, I think you can report her for scamming and maybe the police will do some investigation?

Even if u transferred the $ to the wrong a/c u can get the bank to reverse the transaction and put the $ back into your a/c. If the person withdrawn the $, then the bank will contact the police instead of u. If the person say she knows you, she will need to show the sms which the bank will report to the police anyway.

Of cos there are other methods of finding out the a/c no but the above method is legal one. :D
