controlling masturbation is all about the power of the brain.trust me.i was an addict b4, thrice daily on average in my teens. now i only whank once per wk on avrg. temptation is always there subconsciously, but if u do not ignite that ''flame'', i tink its q easy to keep it under control. some tips perhaps go out more, dun stay in front of comp too long or will start to surf porn. if mind horny, den faster go downstairs run a few rounds.
