A bit young for a yoga instructor I must say. Every yoga instructor has to go through a 200hrs of teacher training be it Astanga or Hatha yoga to get a certification. 400- 500 hrs of teacher training if it's diploma/ advance yoga. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Personally Im close to certifified Astanga instructor and had contributed to her 200 hrs teacher training. But I still prefer to hit the gym compared to yoga.

Maybe she started yoga training at the age of 16.

Not surprising for those children raised up in developing countries like India.

Can also correct me if I am wrong.;)

P.S. Personally I am not certifified by any standard but I guess I had spent at least 200 hrs in this forum.
