How many days passed since your exposure?
what do u mean by sensation? Pain?

Two likely reason, urinal tract infection or the gut-stone infection surfaced from recent heavydrink.

I got the same issue few months back, polyclinic gave me antibiotics medication for uti and after the full course then xray for stones. Final verdict: UTI.

UTI is very common among ladies, not a serious condition. No need to panic.
Men will recover within 1-2 weeks gradually with propet diet n medication.
Doc said its very likely from recent intimate activities from wife or gf.. and some percentage self inflicting DIY kena bacteria infections..

Buy cranberry juice and drink.. it relieved almost within 10-15mins.
See a GP if worsen.

If it's related to your bonking, then it's likely urethritis (GU or NGU), but the risk of OTHER more nasty STI e.g. HIV got to be ruled out.

Stop masturbating/ejaculating for a while, you will be fine.
