It depends on individual. My good friend's wife is a good woman who takes care of the family well. Before they are married, they knew each other in korea at a drinking place and started going steady for a few years before tying the knot.

From her I got to know a few korean girls. In nature I find them rather reserve to stangers maybe due to language and cultural differences.

In conclusion, it is not the nationality but individual.

Made some Korean friends during my undergrad. Most of them stick to their own race. They told me once back in Korea ppl will discriminate them if they choose non Korean as partner. Most of them are shy and don't voice out their opinions.

But there's this Korean girl that's there to learn English. She asked me if I wanted to be her partner, I teach her English while she teaches me Korean and cultures. I had several Korean gal friends in the past when I was got feverish about Korean culture. I agree with some members here that many K gals are reserved, well-mannered, and considerate, most especially among strangers. I think it's part of their social conditioning and it's reflected in their language which has a few levels of formality and courtesy.

It's also true that some members said it depends on the individual. There will be K gals who are more assertive but based on my experience having befriended about a dozen, these out-there outgoing types are a minority; and they tend to have an agenda to get something out of men (not cash but branded goods or expensive lifestyle accessories, or PR visa in your country). This type are also more open sexually but I think it's because they want something.
