as above.... is herpes the only one?

Genital warts and syphilis can be transmitted via skin to skin contact in areas not covered by a condom... ie the base of the shaft and the scrotum.

The other virus you have to look out for is Hep B. However, there's a vaccine for that nowadays which is almost 100% effective.
