This is also have a theory in traditional chinese medicine system. Man is Yang 阳 ( Hot energy ), woman is Ying 阴 ( Cold energy ), traditional chinese emphasize that everything must be Ying Yang mixed & balance 阴阳调和, otherwise will cause harm. But take note that, traditional chinese not recommend over sex ( eg. everyday sex ), they recommend 7 day 1 sex for 20yo~30yo, 14 day 1 sex for 30yo～40yo, 1 month 1 sex for 40yo~50yo. Because man shoot out a lot Yang, but gain back little bit Ying only. Even Ying energy can balance man body system, but man body system need material, time & energy to produce sperm, if over sex, the small amount of Ying energy is too little to patch up the losing of big amount of Yang energy.

Wah masturbate/have sex everyday like it is a hobby? Do it everyday is not only crazy and also bad for health IMHO. I think that should be considered as too addicted to sex already.

Just kidding. I got your point yes don't over sex. Having sex occasionally is fun but to do it everyday I think it is a chore.
