If you kena caught bioing zg, so long as you are not videoing or taking picture, you are ok. But if you are caught in public PCCing while bioing zg, you can look forward to a gahmen sponsored holiday at Changi.... :D

Singapore Penal Code Section 509 - insulting the modesty of a woman. If convicted for the offence of Insulting the Modesty of a Woman, the suspect may be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.

Outrage of Modesty is different from Insulting the modesty of a woman. Outrage of modesty is under Section 354(2) of the Penal Code, Chapter 224, which carries an imprisonment term of up to five years and caning.

Insulting the modesty of a woman (Section 509), which is a lighter offence, carries a penalty of maximum 1 year jail or fine or both. Section 509 can be used to charge and convict suspects of peeping, even without taking pictures or videos.

In, 2008, a man Nxxx Jxxx Sxxx (not so nice to state his full name, maybe he is a changed man now), was convicted under this law for using a pocket mirror to peep up a woman's skirt and fined S$2000.
