Lin Spa decor is nothing much to shout about. In fact, its interior furnishing looks like hastily copied from some of the other spas in Jurong east.

The masseuses there are all lau aunties and mostly plump looking ones. I was about to sign in when two of the aunties came out, laughing noisily. Took another look and then changed mind about going in for massage anymore.

Me just went yesterday after midnight and try one gal called Judy at her 20's , was waiting and waiting for her to ask the golden question but she never. The massage was quite solid actually and when i come out, there was already another guy outside waiting for her.

If a massage is a clean spa but marketed here as a place where sometimes you get hj, sometimes you don't, then that is a big con job. Those joints seldom last but you still see massage joints promoted in this con-job way even today.

If the massage is good and it's promoted as a clean spa upfront, I think most guys here will close one eye at marketing attempts. It's a 24 hour joint afterall. Good for guys around Tampines who don't mind going for a clean massage.

I know there are a few guys offering such services to MP operators i.e. to write post for them by registering a couple of names and creating lots of fake post. They charge S$ 800 per month!!

Tried out Lin Spa recently
Definitely clean place !!

A PRC lady prob in her 30s by the name of Coco attended to me for a 60min massage
Good solid clean massage.
No hanky panky. Some small talk

Whole place is clean and well set up.
Attached shower in the room I was in.

Would definitely go back again for solid massage

Good to go if you need a solid massage, especially if it's late at night.

Went in last week knowing that this joint is clean, needed a good massage as my back was aching like a bitch.

Funny thing was one of the masseuse, not a bad looking girl, kept rubbing my inner thighs and touching my balls...
