Re: Frequency of massage

Once per week for me. So clean or dirty, once a week. I exercise often so massage helps ease muscle aches. because I go for massages quite often, I find that my muscles are very relaxed and harder for massueses to massage me. I need experienced ladies who can press well. Those newbie ladies will complain when they massage me.

Re: Frequency of massage

Same here, once or twice per week.

Clean definitely once a week as a good rub is always needed for my aching body.

Dirty or not is depending on little brother mood.:D

If strike toto or 4D maybe a few more times haha

Re: Frequency of massage

Re: Frequency of massage

if whole body tire go for thai massg one hr,or 90min.
If certain part pain tired , 30min masg with a prc tuina shop.
Usually once or twice a week, anyway
prc charge 20dlr, 30min. wont make me broke

Re: Frequency of massage

once a week if time permits :p

Re: Frequency of massage

Depends on #1 - how "stiff" your muscles (whichever muscle) are #2 - how thick your wallet is.

Sometimes, thick wallet overrides stiff muscles. I ever went for 2 massages (2 different places) in a single day.

Was overseas and the massages rates too cheap to even consider.... so yes, money override muscles.

But if wallet flat - muscles half dead also no choice but to DIY. Hahaha!
