I was a local tour leader(changed jobs since)helping to promote our beautiful lion city to tour groups mostly from China, HK & Taiwan. Most of the tour groups I led comprised mainly of old couples and seldom were there any eye candies since most youngsters being more adventurous prefer to take Free & Easy tours. If your tour group found you good, they would often tip you quite handsomely. The longer I was in this line, the less motivated I became and even received complaints against me for being rude to customers.

Then one day, I picked up a Taiwanese tour group from the airport. They were scheduled for a 4 day tour. This tour group comprised of 12 people out of which there were 3 couples 4 children and the best part...2 girls who were both 27 yrs old.(after verifying their passport for check-in @ the hotel). The moment I saw the 2 girls..I started to feel enthusiastic about the whole tour.
