10 days back i get a bbbj, when bath time suddenly my little brother stings a little but when i check no scratches. 3 days back suddenly get mild fever, headache dizzy and tired. Took panadol den recover d. Nxt day fever and headache suddenly come back leh. Am i being paranoid or really infected with hiv? should i go for some check up?

HIV is possible but very unlikely.

However, if you have a burning sensation when urinating, it could be gonorrhea.

The only way you can tell for sure is to go for a blood test.

your chance of getting dengue is higher than HIV.
take sam's advice and go for a HIV test if you are still worried.

It cost $30 for a simple blood test. If the test is positive, they will then draw blood from you for lab test, which is a confirmatory test.

only open wound,cut n also provided u got cut wounds
in addition u need blood to blood transfer
so don worry lar
many uncles also do bbbj n still alive today
only when do fj then must wear condom
otherwise u very safe one
i notice alot of ppl got sick after bonking
i suspect is mental problem, is like u really convince that u kena hiv then u worry then u preassure your mind n body then u will definitely fall sick

If feel uneasy then go check u lo... not ex for basic test.

Mental issues can make u fall sick due to the stress. Try not to think too much but if in doubt do go for a check.

my first time to papaya farm in JB, just touching i also paraniod
just kissing n sucking nipple only
2-3 days later got cold, running nose
then got paranoid
actually more like a mental thing

Most likely to be syndrome of stress, stress for over imagination can cause dizziness, vomiting syndrome and many others.

Most likely paranoid. Go for checkup, if that will give U peace of mind.
