my woman say my sperm not as thick as her exs & i noticed my brother go soft when changing position. to this 2 question, issit normal ? it not, then wat wrong with me? i got exercise leh so why like this? :confused:

Thick or thin is't a problem. but going soft inbetween interval is a big problem. You'll definite need some help. Consult your doclor quickly, if you're below 40yrs of age. Goodluck!

I think what he was referring to were exercises that strengthen your P.C. muscles.

Its located somewhere behind your testicles. To locate it, try stopping the flow of urine when you're in the washroom. That muscle which you just squeezed would be your p.c muscle.

Now that you know where it is, try to design an exercise routine for it:

Thrice a day, each sesssion 15mins.

Squeeze your p.c. muscle slowly for 10 secs, hold it for 10secs and then relax your muscle gradually over 10secs.

strange why ur woman want to compare with her exs?
if she is really with you, then she shld accept you ?!

rgdn you penile go soft, i think sometimes it's due to the diet,
go take some fertility food or medical herbs.
