I've only been there once for a friend's birthday party, so can't really give you an estimate of the costs. Birthday boy's treat.:D I had a minah syt that night. Got a few minah syt there, but mostly are chinese.

Harmony at east coast park is a KTV, all infested with minahs. IMO, a place with all minahs will encourage em to be more havoc.
