Dear Bros
I do understand that to post such a things at this site might caused some bros to be irritated but really turning to no one with professional knowledge so.........

I got to know a FL sometimes ago and after quite some time of interacting we became very good friend.This very pity lady was really out to earn a living for her retarded son in china while her heartless husband actually disappeared a few years ago when the family was in financial crisis.I actually got to know about this through coincidence when looking at her photo with her family,the way she speak to her son through the phone and certain etc etc. I was much more convinced as these was not review to me by her directly.Initially living was as usuall with her earning money sending back to china but good days are not long , she was caught by a raid last week for overstaying in singapore without a valid visa which i only got to know recently.

I was thinking at this ground what can be done or any aid can i provide to her while she was still being hold custody in singapore.

Bro, I know abt this very well, In fact, u no need to do anything for her, all I can say it yr caring and sharing yr joy with her, is what u can do. As she will be held back to the police for lockup btwn 3 to 7days and the police will bring her to S.I.R building and immediately send her back to china, she will be bar for 3yrs, cannot come to singapore. Kindly next time, any chinager need ****, u can PM me, I can help them, Of coz,there is a market price to pay. Thanks. :)

The government will not repatriate her back immediately unless she's got money to buy her own ticket back. they will access her situation and she is found to have "zero" cash, then she is given a special pass to carry on working (any work as long as she gets the money to buy her ticket). Once she's got the money, she will have to buy ticket and sent back and banned from Singapore for a certain period of time (3 - 5 years i think)

Sorry.. to hear about that...

But its a story that is happening everyday... about a 100 times.. some less some more saddening..

so the only thing u could do... other than marrying her, devoting urself to her, to save her from this hard life... is to let her go.. life must go on... if both of u stop in time.. then another sad story will happen..!!!

Wish her the best and move on... the next plane load of china girls are arriving every hour... with another sad story..

Do you know which section of Cap 133 she was being charged? How long did she overstayed? So she was being held custody by ICA, or already been released out?

In her case she will be send back to China and no more to Singapore!!!!
