Just witness an AV raid in front of the Darlene Hotel at GL.

At about 2030hr, a dark blue breadloaf van stop, open the door, and out came 5 or 6 AV running after the street walkers. Each one came back with one chick, grabbing them by the hair.

Well, it wasn't a nice scene to watch, seeing these poor chick treated like animals. Dunno if this is a daily occurence or just happen once in a blue moon.

Now, the thing is how come there ain't any look out. I am sure people there would note down the Reg No of the van. I doubt AV have so many vans to rotate around.

Ah, now I understand - there is an infinite number of vans on rental, so the only way is to look out for such breadloaf vans la.

There really is no need for them to treat the girls in such a manner. They are also human beings trying to make a living.

election over oredi mah... so can afford to upset fellow brother cheongsters loh.;)

this is one humongous raid. must have netted close to 100 of 'em. Even one polisi bus is not enough to ferry all of them back to the station. Saw another 4-5 of those loti-van used.

L12 is going to be quiet for awhile. Will take some time to "recruit" the next batch.

i was driving at GL area on 22th of may but i saw none of the chick working..

It's really sad to see such things happen. But that's how they catch... by the hair. Moreover, those that are catching should be women police right? So I doubt your photos is going to stand much chance. My proposal is that the gals not wear heals but rather running shoes... maybe with jeans and teess... another flavour.

Anyway, what right have the AV to catch the hookers who are merely standing there? If they are arrested for immigation offences, I dont think there is a need to treat them like animals cos how do you know in the first place they are overstayers?
