Hey guys, I was having a convo with the gf the other day about this topic and thought I'd ask the opinion of a relatively neutral crowd such as yourselves :cool:

The topic was about cheating: "everybody" cheats, it's just about the degree.

For example,

Visiting a different prostitute for twice or once a month sessions to "satisfy the itch" is less serious compared to having a long-term sugar baby.

Having a long-term sugar baby is less serious than having a long-term mistress.

Having a long-term mistress is less serious than having a long-term mistress who has sex in your matrimonial home.

Of course, the opposite is true as well if it's the wife who strays.

I argued that cheating is cheating, while the gf said that every man strays. She can forgive her man for visiting FL but not anything "more serious" as stated above.

Thoughts?

PS: She knows about my past: before meeting her I chiong'd regularly but have since stopped after meeting her.

I understand men and women are made differently and at some point in the relationship (the only difference is how long into the r/s it it), one woman, (no matter how much u love ur spouse) she will not be enough. Men want variety, I respect that so, as long as at the end of the day, he comes home safe (read:free from any diseases) and does his part to provide (financially) and care for the family, I can accept paid sex. I draw the line at emotional feelings thou. It has to be just fuck pay & go. Nothing more and no feelings for the sex provider.

The question should be how strong is your relationship with your partner ? It needs a lot of hardwork from both parties to maintain a trusting relationship . It is a matter of gift and take and understanding what your partner needs.

Does your gf consider manicure done as cheating?
because men go for fl or whatever for pretty much the same reason why
ladies go for manicure, facial.

Just to feel good. They dont go in expecting to marry the person performing the service.

So business transaction.

Sugar babe are pretty much the middle term package.

Mistress are the long term package. If not for excitement of bonking at your own home, those who do so are probably trying to save cost of going hotel.

sugar babe involves the trading of your partner for a more wholesome and younger lady with everything appearance-dependent. That will amount to some sort of betrayal, and that will be cheating. Looking for prostitutes will be deemed as fooling around not cheating, the lesser of the 2 evils.

Practically speaking, I don't see how it's a lesser of two evils considering the much higher potential incidence of STI transmission.

Also. the psychology of adultery has been falsified by conventional morals, which assume, in monogamous countries, that attraction to one person cannot coexist with a serious affection for another. Everybody knows that this is untrue. - B Russell
