To answer your qns. The reason why I said, "Priority will only be given to Bros who had posted FR in my thread, follow by reputable Bros with frequent FRs." is to ensure tat any contact given out are to genuine cheongsters. So those who had posted in my thread before are Bros who are indeed cheongsters who posted a FR after they tried the gals and not juz some number collectors.
