You are right. Without some independent assessment, we could be wasting $150 + room, so about $170. Some more, there are so many other FLs to choose from. Just because she is "part-time" does not mean she is "fresh". For all you know, she's a housewife with a couple of kids ! Maybe that's why she is working part-time.
