If i did not remember wrongly theres this section called extortion (found it: chap 224 penal code sec 383) which police can charge them with. And soliciting for the girl. If the guy is her pimp he can b charged with living off the earnings of a woman. There can be elements of common intention or abetment as well.

Your type of case happened before. Guy exposed his body via webcam to a girl. Pics were saved by the girl. Bf n girl asked guy for $. After giving them $ a few times, he report police and they were charged for extortion.

1. You may be charge for illegal soliciting (or call chicken)
2. The fellow will be charge for blackmail
3. If your corporate know, and your field circle know, say bye bye to your reputation
4. The girl will be prosecute for illegal soliciting but you need to be present in court to testify
5. You will not know the identity of this guy until he is being summon to court.
6. If this fellow meant trouble, you will get wack after court session or being trail
7. You can turn this table around and the fellow may request for out of court settlement
