Very rare and difficult for me, because for a girl to be taller than me, she have to at least be over 1.8m, even on heels is very rare. :D

Well, lie down seem like no difference visually, but it affects what you can do. If the girl is tall, and assuming that means longer body (compare to short girl), you don't have to bend so much to suck her tits while you are pumping her.

Height match also affects what positions you can try, especially standing ones. And also the ease.
