Actually, there are mistakes in the English, highlighted in red below...

The bits highlighted in blue lead me to believe it was written for her by a local, as these are abbreviations that are either rather unique to S'poreans, or folks who post on forums like this one often.... :p

Think you are right. Also, this is probably the same Ling-Er that is often on the yahoo classifieds ... similar style.
