According to chinese new paper,
两青年涉强奸两妓女 证据足够交高庭审讯
两名妓女声称先后遭强奸，而涉嫌犯下此案的两名青年分别被控强奸及协助强奸等罪名，案件昨天进 行初审。

　　两名被告是法兹立（27岁）和诺汉里（21岁，来自马来西亚），他们昨天被带上推事庭时神情镇定。法兹 立戴眼镜，穿有领短袖上衣；诺汉里则穿白色汗衫。

　　法兹立面对六项控状，诺汉里则面对五项控状。

　　根据控状，法兹立被指在去年4月1日凌晨5时，在芽笼通道强奸一名中国籍妓女及逼她对他口交。诺汉里则 协助他犯下强奸案。

　　两名被告也被指在同时同地，连同另外三个人一起抢劫同一名妓女的1840元。

　　两名被告也涉嫌于同月16日凌晨零时在惹兰三公司（路名，位于淡滨尼一带），抢劫一名中国女子的520 元。

　　控状也指法兹立在去年8月12日凌晨3时，强奸另一名中国籍妓女，及连同另两人抢劫她600元。诺汉里 也被指协助法兹立犯下强奸案。

　　案件进行初审后，推事裁决控方已提呈了足够的证据，下令案交高庭审理。

　　案件定在8月间开审，控方到时将传召57名证人出庭供证，包括两名妓女及被告的朋友

I think its somewhere around Old Tampines Road. These 2 jokers might have brought them there and did the crime. Mah Bow Tan's constituency leh, suka suka set up biz meh? Not possible want lah.

This is one of those temporary secret clearing in the jungle hiding illegal WLs catering to foreign workers type of action.....makeshift pasar malam style with street food & gambling stalls.....FLs $20 bucks per shot......you can get them in Boon Lay Kian Teck Road, Woodlands, Ponggol even Paya Lebar.....once you read about them in the papers the secret is out liao.....

Nearest 'redlight district' to Tampines is CV.....last time I stay in Pasir RIs everynight gotta fight temptation on the way home at night:D

Bro u need word of mouth or 'connections'.....last time my foreign workers brought me there (one at Ponggol where the LRT construction was)......knn must go thru thick jungle with torchlights to reach, must know exact location....they got 'jaga' at the point of entry too so fresh face customers not welcome.....another time at Boon Lay MRT kena jio by tout to Kian Teck Road......another time brought by Thai overstayers to one near Pasir Ris street 12 (must enter on foot by TPE)......once heard Woodlands got one ended up circle whole fucking place for 2 hours also cannot find!!! Help to make friends with foreign workers :)
