Yesterday I was at 90 Tg Pagar Rd (Sunflower Spa). Went up to L2 to enquire their massage rate. 1hr massage with hj $100. The PRC lady was a bit rude. Ask me pay all upfront first & talk later. I insist paying for massage first & special at the end of the whole session. The lady say NO firmly. I just open the door & walk off.
