Runaway daddy

Hi I'm new to this SD/SB game. Yesterday I met him and he was going to wire me my allowance in return for sex. He pretended to wired some cash which "couldn't proceed for some reason" and I tried to wait till the money came before proceeding with the deal however an hour later he couldnt wait and started to get forceful. Having very bad PTSD of getting rape I just let him do as he please hoping the money manage to got though by then atleast. 2 hour passed he rape me pretty violently I must add and the money still didnt came in i try to demand the allowance to no avail.. I ended up just leaving the place helpless and begged him not to cheat me as I am not doing this for fun true enough the next day he blocked me and disappear. At this point I'm thinking should I report rape for what he did? But at the same time I dont want my family and friends to know what I did... what should I do ? Please help I'm feeling so helpless and in despair I want all this bad things to just go away..

TS,
Technically it is not rape. You consented. You just did not get your cash. Be careful not to make a false police report. It is an offence and you might get charged. If you really want to report, tell the truth in your report. The Investigating Officer will advise further. All the best

If reported... Won't it implicate TS also?

Re: Runaway daddy

technically if she is of legal age and she FL herself not pimping for any gals than she can make a police report that the guy it is up to the IO on her case to advise her but she must be truthful in her report. If she make a false statement of the case without mentioning there was a $ exchange deal than she will be in trouble also. The woman charter is more powerful than anyone can imagine.

Agree with this bro. This may be a case of cheating but rape? since it's consensual sex. Also, as TS mention she does not want family members to know. So be prepared for the guy to post everything on social media if he also care less about the outcome.

even it was consensual but as long as when they woman say no and the man still force on her with penetrative sex it is still consider rape. It will be her statement against the guy statement but given the charter oh well.

Singapore women chapter is one of the most powerful in the world. Even half way through penetrative sex .. the woman decides to stop. U have to stop! If not, it’s still consider forced sex!

Becoming "forceful" sounds pretty rapey to me. If she just laid still out of fear? Sounds rapey to me too....

The guy who forced himself on her, if is from here, should just get his ass cleaned and get ready to go in. TS has the right to report it as rape since it is non-consensual.

Now, it is a matter of whether TS choose to report or wait. I hope she has kept her underwear intact as it can contain evidence to help prove her case. If she has washed and douched herself, the evidence may be gone.

Key to determining rape is Consent. Did the victim consent? The IO will ask why was she with him in a room? What was his and her motive in that room?

Even if the victim decides not to proceed with the transaction at the point of penetration, it is rape. The victim has to prove she did not consent e.g bruise marks on her body to prove she struggled. She changed her mind.

TS, if you are bruised, take pics as evidence.

Based on yr story, it does not sound like rape. There was mutual consent to the deed. Just because he didnt pay as per the deal does not transform the incident into rape. If you plan to report, best is to tell the story as it happened and let the investigation officer advice accordingly. Do not try to fabricate as false statement is an offence.

Im sorry you had to go through such an ordeal and the guy is a complete jerk for doing something like this.

Re: Runaway daddy

Please don't listen to the comments dismissing this as rape. It's very likely written by people who would the same thing to you.

You did consent to sex in exchange for money, money was part of the deal, and a condition to the consent.
Without the money being transfered there was no consent, so this is rape.

I don't know how it would play out with police, but no matter what, you were raped by that old man, and should fight to get it recognized.
