How to bring ML or FB to hotel?

Newbird first time wants to bring ML/FB to hotel, need some bro's advice.

1. Need both ID to check in? or i check in first then bring the lady to the room?
2. Will ML left record and affect their permit when need to extend? Do not want to break ppl's rice bowl.
3. Which hotel you all recommend near west? prefer not so strict checking of ID and not so costly also la..haha

Thanks!!
