Maybe use her tongue to clean bah, but must be swirling type to clean all the teeth including the molars. :D:D

Maybe ask FL / ML to help you curb this fetish. Need a dentist chair as prop though.
On a sidenote, a busty dentist might be good to alleviate pain if you have a tooth extraction.

I need recommendations too. Very hard to find gem dentists nowadays. More and more guys in the trade, and alot of old women too.

I’m not sure if I want to associate pretty ladies with the sound of drilling / cleaning ..
I have childhood dentist trauma when get reminded of the “auntie nurse” at my primary school and the end of the session, my mouth is filled with blood and extracted tooth :(

I remember one time long ago I went to the dentist and was randomly assigned a female dentist with ample boobs.

Sort of getting a top of the head massage (if you know what I mean) and having my teeth cleaned at the same time. She didnt bother to avoid or move backwards, just concentrating on getting my teeth cleaned...

No need to ask for contact/dental chain as this happened eons ago. Just sharing my experience on this topic...
