I am assuming you are asking for antibiotics for STD related diseases...
Not sure about Malaysia, but Thailand you can get doxycycline at about 600thb to 700thb, and without a prescription

Other antibiotics for other non STD bacteria, should be able to get in Thailand without a doctor prescription too

yeah i just stock up a stuff of med and antibiotics from BKK..
