why not you go direct to their pubs ,drink and pick up girls from there?
shenyang is quite similar to its sister city dalian with many pubs and bars to pick up freelance girls
as for dalian , i find dalian to be a very EXPENSIVE place and things are too commercialised, dalian is basically a place for japanese expats
