If you do not wish to indulge in your bf interest, do let him know and make him understand. I dun see why a party should be forced to do something which she/he do not enjoy but only to please the other one.
If he do not understand you, then you might as well leave him. There are plenty of nice guys in the "sea" and I'm sure they can sextified you as well as ur current one does.
As you said, his request and fantasies knows no boundaries and one leads to another which in the end might make you more confused and in the end of the day, you'll be treated as sex slave pleasing his master.
