Hi all,

First post here, I have been visiting Thailand every 3-4 months for few years, just decided to discover some new places and will give a try to KL next week.
The point is that I am totaly newb here and have some questions.
First, are all hotel's health/spa providing the famous "package" or is it just in some of them ? would it be a delicate or an embarrassed situation to enter a spa/massage and to request that kind of service if they do not provide it ?

Second point is about the accomodations, just browsing some hotels website and, according that I have no clue of the area here, I would go for a place called Sunway ressort in PJ (Pyramid tower is the hotel I spoted), at least the first 2-3 days, time to get some rest. Looks like it's not so far from KL. Is it any kind of interest to stay there, and any extra services in their massage ? Also about the place itself (PJ), is it a busy place or in the middle of nowhere ?

Last question is about the GROs in the KTVs. I understood that a KTV is like a disco/karaoke, and a GRO a kind of hostess, do all of them provide any kind of extra service, or is it not at all the idea ? I'm so used to the easy stuff in BKK, not sure of what I will find in KL
