Not only having a relationship is high cost. It comes with responsibilities too. And that's what you don't want if I read correctly.

Maybe you're just mixing with the wrong kind of crowd or person.

Look for someone who is like minded. It could be in terms of dressing, talking or behavior and maybe even just the outlook of that person.

No woman is going to go around telling you she's up to having a FB or she is willing to sleep around. Likewise you shouldn't too because you'll drive away those who aren't and may be your soulmate.

Try to just get to know them first. Doesn't mean you have to date them or pay them money to be your friend. Suss out those whom you think might be potential and work on those a little more. Who knows, they might be closet FB material hiding in plain sight.
