WLs not getting paid their share

Have received reports from a few girls that were working with a Dome 3 stable that they haven't been paid their salary yet.
I find it weird as what I know about Dome 1 is that settlement is usually done daily.
The girls have returned to their country of origin for close to a month already.
Through conversations with them when I booked them and also looking at their phone messages, it does seem indeed that the stable involved does settlements after the girls return to country of origin.

Thoughts? Any ways to help the girls? I was thinking to name and shame the stable itself if it comes to it but they told me to hold off for now.
Quite cek arh sia, I go pay and fuck the service is enjoy la. But it's really quite messed up if the girls end up not getting paid after fucking so many guys and the money gets eaten by the okt.

FWs r a abuse by employers, many r promise $ & things. Employers act blur during payment. So is commercial sex industry. A good thing sex workers r not virgin, they have nothing to lose.

If a FL/ WL decide to change employers, is going to be the same. In the words of Malaysian Chinese migrated into Singapore. "Sheep hairs growth on sheep bodies". That means. Every where r the same.

My advice. Come here on special passes earn S$. Not create troubles, or else say good bye to S$. It worked on SBS/ Transit PRC & Malaysian drivers.

TBH nothing much you can do other than to name the stable to apply some sort of pressure but maybe other customers wont care and will continue to patronage.

Best is to let them settle themselves, dont get yourself involve with the business of the WLs.

If the OKT really dont give them the payment, eventually it will spread among their circle and no girl will want to work for them also.

In papers, Taylor Swifts paying/ sharing her profits with her crew. Whats this to do with Taylor? Is the same. WL/FL earn $ it is a tradition to share with the helper. Eg OKT & cleaner.

Excuse my stupidity but how do the WLs not get paid when they are first point of contact for the cash given by clients? Do they deposit and transfer the whole cash sum to OKT and get back their share after?

I asked a Japanese WL in Oz and she said she (and the others) only need to transfer some to OKT and keep the rest of the cash. Just curious

It's probably the converting of the money to their own currency part. Depending on the amount, sometimes they cant bring so much cash out of SG.

It also may not be the stable doing the converting but is the agent that intro the girl to the stable.

There are 'money changing' guys who help them solve this issue. They will collect earnings regularly and help them bank into their home country. During raids and during custom departure, they will not be carrying too much cash.

That makes sense. Barely any raids in Oz so maybe that's why they don't care about the amount of cash on hand
