Feel damn bad for you bro. Next time, take note. A lot of places still secretly open and sell alcohol... Mostly the KTVs (not GClubs). Restaurants will sell beer and put it in discreet cups / mugs (imagine a chinese restaurant putting beer in a teapot)... rooftop bars will sell cocktails and pretend its non alcoholic drink. Can also always pay a freelance to come entertain / drink with you at your hotel room...

It's Thailand... everything goes.

i think the key for Park Terrace is to sit inside, ideally in the middle of the center table area near the stage. ideally go around 10ish and secure a good table ideally next to a group consisting of only girls, and try to strike a conversation after the social lubricant(a.k.a. alcohol) has helped a little. tipping the wait staff to be your wingman helps too (i think 100b is fair for a little help along the way).

I think your mindset when hunting in the wild is pretty important. I've had more luck being positive and open minded and genuinely curious about getting to know people and having fun enjoying the music and vibe, as compared to being uptight and laser focused on someone in particular.
