If you need to, speak with a therapist through your problems. Else try chatgpt and look up for some breathing exercises for anxiety. It's good that you found your boundaries so you know not to cross it if you continue to engage in services.

There's nothing wrong you feel guilty that you engaged in sexual services whilst married. To zoom out a bit, there's nothing else you can do but to wait for the results. So at least seek for methods to make the wait more comfortable.

If you feel worried that you may catch something, try capped next time. If you feel guilty towards your wife that you found a WL, then stop I guess.

There is no accurate test for HPV for men.

As for HSV chances are you already have it but are asymptomatic. The virus infects 70% of all adults. Type 1 used to be predominantly cold sores around the mouth but the lines have blurred over time and you can get type 1 in the genital area too. Type 2 is genital herpes.

All I wanted was hj and told the ML no bj and no kissing. But she apparently forgot about it after the shower and then proceed to give bj. I was silly to just go with the flow, since it already started.

The worst thing that happened after that was I got some itch in the penis and groin area. Then my mind went bonkers. For 3 full weeks cannot sleep, have stomach cramps and not appetite. Like some sort of depression.

When I went down to dsc for test after 14 days exactly the time for the gonorrhea and syphilis test, (the min time frame i forgot what is the time but the min given by google), the male nurse told me to relax.

The other disease also not high chance. But I told him I got itch, he says normal, could be the weather.

My report came back, tested negative for Chlymedia and Gonorrhoea. That’s a relief. But I only can test for Syphilis, HSV and HIV at the end of the month. Still have that feeling, abit relief but not yet fully relief.

That being said, you’re already past the 2 week mark and there’s nothing so I wont worry about it if I’m you. And if you had it you’d know for sure especially in the shower.

Firstly, the common variant is HSV-1 which can be spread from even sharing utensils. Not even intimate encounters. So how to pinpoint that someone is promiscuous? Also, I think he mentioned now hsv1/2 can be spread interchangeably; no more specific to body location. So it's more common than you think.

Any advice for Balanitis and also my fore skin always have micro cuts at the circumference of the tip.
